Most of the black people I know are more embarrassed than angry. They think Obama has cut off opportunity for blacks rather than increased it. They also think half-white Obama made promises to the black community that he has intentionally ignored.
Nobody is going to riot FOR Obama, but they may (I hope not) riot AGAINST Obama.
