Per CNN interview with earthquake center guy- 15 ft waves are expected to hit Hawaii..the bays will be hit harder than the ocean sides.

He sounds extremely sober.

The 1960 quake in Chile sent wave to Hilo Hawaii that killed 60 people. Hawaii warning siren will start to sound at 6 a.m. Hawaii time.

Woman being interviewed now about what she went through in Hilo then. Came in two waves. First sent inches of water into her yard then went away. Second wave brought five feet of water into her yard and they escaped up into the hills.
