Local station just said the first tsunami wave is in, a few centimeters.
By then nobody will be working in this country but we’ll all have health care. Since nobody will be working the people of California will have to wait for the relief effort from Haiti.
the tsunami warning center HAS bouys but they aren’t registering anything worth reporting.
And one day the sun will exhaust it's fuel, expand and vaporize earth.
I’ve never been there but my mental image is that it is a beautiful country. I’ve met some lovely, very sophisticated people from there, but for the most part they don’t seem to migrate much. Yes, God bless them.
They are talking about a possible cancellation of the warning. Per the Civil Defense head.
Downgrading Tsunami heights? Or I am mis-hearing it.
HI civill defense is saying it’s the PTC’s job to issue warnings,, looks like a CYA news conference.
Oh wow.. I remember those chairs.. Not fond memories! I’m not in Long Beach, though.. I was just posting what FoxNews was reporting.
Possibly slower building process then they thought.
We will all have health care coverage but no doctors who are going to quit or go south of the equator.
I got beaned over the head with something—think it was a baseball bat—in Long Beach, robbed of everything but my clothes. I don’t have great memories of LB.
Seems this tsunami is a flop. Or took a detour.
ARGENTINA: ANOTHER EARTHQUAKE 6.2 per Fox 7 yr old child and 70 yr old man killed in mountains there. (was an aftershock from Chile).
Hawaii Civil Defense is saying it’s not their fault, so it looks like it might be a bust. Good thing for Hawaii.
Another earth quake in Argentina....
Reporting on FOX now.
Now 6.0 Argentina
They’ll be seeing that for days if not weeks. The first is never the last—unfortunately.
