Well, it can be repealed with 51 votes in the Senate, if there is a Republican president to sign that legislation. Otherwise it would need a 2/3 vote to overcome an Obama veto. If this passes, realistically it can’t be repealed till Jan. 2013 if a Repub. president is elected in Nov. 2012.

Thats true . What is equally interesting , if the dems prove they can pass major economy changing bills with 51 votes , it means the balance of the congress is irrelevant .
