I do not doubt that it is an official US Military notification, but I have been in the USG for a long time and they throw stuff into those announcements so that they can claim to be covering all the bases. More like CYA in my opinion. I just doubt very seriously that anyone there would attack US Military physically.

I don’t know or have an answer but on the flip side, they can go wherever they want, say whatever they want, pi$$ off whomever they want, etc, etc, etc, and nobody has the ball$ to take them to task.

Then he went off on gays. I don't know why. I've speculated idly that there may have been an incident involving gay(s) and a family member, but I don't know that. But he's really over the top on the subject of homosexuality, engaging in extreme, unhelpful, unfocused, and logic-deficient bullyragging.
