You are so right.

Her funeral was little...

But my mom...wow....I wasn’t really a Christian as a kid as a teen...we were in Europe. Dad was with NATO...

But my mom was one of those people. The person you would just GO to. She was beautiful. She didn’t shove her faith on others and I just think she put up with some of my rebellion.

Of course, my rebellion was mild compared to my older brothers.

I only became a Christian about six years ago....of course...

on the floor and defeated...

and there HE came.

To tell me it would be ok. To tell me I would be taken care of.

To tell me it would be hard....but that HE had my back...and that I would have to FIGHT.

and now...now that Mom’s gone...I understand....she didn’t live in a time like this...

I’m still in touch with her prayer warriors.....

Now I understand...that I had to go through the dark and the doubt in order to come out the other side...

Because I’m young....and now is the time that the atheists and the others want to fight a fight....and I’m UP for it now.

Thanks, Mom

Abeautiful and moving testimony.

You’ve done your Mom proud.
