A pundit hit this whole exercise on the head. If you noticed, the Dems kept assuring the public that both sides were almost in agreement except for a few minor differences. This way when they pass it through reconciliation they can say the GOP was in favor of the majority of the bill except for one or two minor points that both sides couldn't agree on. They have their cover with voters who really didn't understand what they heard today. Shame on the GOP for not correcting this repetitive lie.

I did hear Zero's closing remarks and listened to Major Garrett's interpretation of those remarks. Sounds like the RATs are going to go the reconciliation route, incredibly.

Without a doubt and it was precisely what Zero meant this morning as he walked to the meeting. When asked what will happen if this fails, he mentioned a Plan B. Notice he didn't take the bait when McShame tried to get him to agree to abandon all thoughts of reconciliation.

This healthcare summit was a COMPLET FARCE. It is nonsense like this that will increase the tea parties, including the one I am going Saturday up in Hartford.
