There is a reason dem cities are filled with so many poor, dem voters. Because when you destroy the economy with government control, everyone is poorer. When you grow the economy freely, everyone ends up richer.

As everyone fights over the same overtaxed pie, the poor get poorer, they may or may not get their “free” dentures but they will be dying of their cancer and heart disease because care is rationed and innovation is killed.

Exactly. And he who keeps those people poor gets to keep offering more and more social programs to alleviate their problems.
