The architects are David Keene who has been bought and paid for by none other than Willard "Mitt" Romney. Well who else would vote for cut and run? He got 30% of the 25% who voted. That comes up to about 7 1/2%. Sounds about right. 3 1/2% ACLU and 4% homosexual.
