Ron Paul is for Ron Paul.

He is not a Republican.

Ron Paul is for Ron Paul. He is not a Republican.

Fine, throw him under the bus. Doesn't matter anyway.

He's too old to run for President, but he's so beloved in his District that he could well remain in Congress for another 20 years. What wrong with having a reliable GOP-Victory, Pro-Constitution vote in the House? That's where Ron Paul is most useful, anyway.

Meanwhile, Rand Paul enjoys Sarah Palin's support in Kentucky, and as the likely de facto leader of the Paul People could probably throw their support towards Sarah Palin in 2012.

This (the Paul endorsement) makes Sarah Palin more likely to win. I think that's a good thing. She is establishing her political alliances, and she's including the Paul People at her table -- especially on Domestic Economic Policy, which the Paul People care about most, anyway.

I call that smart politics on Sarah's part.

Pro-Sarah Palin, and Pro-Rand Paul.
