President Obama presented a new health care plan on Monday that calls for raising the Medicare payroll tax on some white households earning less than $250,000.
“... add a 2.9 percent tax for such high-income households to unearned income including interest, dividends, annuities, royalties and rents”

I wonder if they’ll say that about Obutthole this time after breaking his seemingly adamant campaign stance on no taxes for earners below $250K? Not.

Most people didn’t realize Clinton put a tax on Social Security, it was one of the first things Bush and the Rep. congress got rid of...yet its always the democrats yelling that republicans want to tax your social security...the dems are now coming after your 401K and next your IRA’s. People were not paying attention as the 401K and IRA was first whispered about during Clintons adm. also. Too much money for the peasants to have. We in the government can better spend it and dribble you out a couple of bucks a month...

Sadly, a large fraction of the electorate evidently didn’t realize this until it was too late.
It’s especially true of demwits and RINOS. I’m afraid that is what is going to happen with the TN gov race, we have 4 GOP running, Bill Gibbons, Shelby CO AG, semi-2nd amendment, NO personality, and I’ve my own beefs with him over plea bargains for violent offenders. Bill Halsam former Knoxville Mayor, RINO, US Rep. Zack Wamp while not a true RINO, not as conservative as he should be and certainly out of touch with Tennesseans to many years in DC, and State Sen Ron Ramsey, our Lt. Gov. the true conservative, and my choice. Halsam is already running ads feel I created 11,000 jobs ads, none of the others are running ads. Tells me he has a BIG war chest and personal wealth. They’ll split the vote and the one with the biggest piggy bank will win. It is how we ended up with Sen Bob Corker...he has turned out to be more conservative than Lamar Alexander another of the GH Bush republicans.
