Where to begin? Have you listened to Levin go off on Cass Sunstein? He has been hammering him for years. Levin has tangled with him forever. I don’t recall the exact date but Beck lifted Levin’s entire attack on Sunstein from Levin, including from his chapter on the Constitution. Sunstein has written tons of articles and several books Amazing how Beck dug put exactly the same paragraph Levin cites. Which brings me to the 2nd Bill of Rights. When did Beck first uncover that? Levin has been playing that FDR audio for years. Again it’s in his book. You Beckers (no pun intended) won’t be convinced though. I could go on and on but it won’t matter to the Beckers.

I'll take you at your word that Levin has been hammering on these subjects for years? How does that prove that Beck "stole" from Levin? Does Levin own a "copyright" on these subjects and the incriminating evidence to support them? Weaksauce. I seriously doubt Levin got that information from his own original research.

Beck’s book Commom Sense is a direct rip off of Thomas Paine. Most of the book is Thomas Paine’s Common Sense.

I didn't buy the Christmas Sweater, but he talked about the damn thing enough on his show that I know that it was an accounting of a story from his childhood. That's a rip-off of the other popular Christmas books? Huh. Who knew.

I don't care if people criticize Beck on his style or if he makes factual mistakes, etc., but you Levin fans are so far up his colon it's ridiculous what kind of contortions of logic you will come up with to slam Beck. I'm a fan of both, and I've been a fan of Levin for a lot longer than Beck and I've read more of Levin's books. But you're absolutely right. This is unseemly and petty. And it's been all Levin badmouthing Beck and nothing the other way around.

I really hope Rush steps in here and negotiates a truce. We need this circular firing squad like we need a Muslim Marxist in the White House.
