The problem with the system of govt we have is that it takes constant safeguarding and is dependent on man and his innate skills or judgments. This country can easily run on autopilot, if the federal Constitution was followed to the letter, and Congress was tying paper money value to precious metals. Just think how hard it would be to inflate currency artificially. The result would be obvious and immediately so to citizens John and Joan Doh’. The reason the system is dependent on this adversarial system of D’s and R’s, because it empowers those in positions of authority, and enslaves the true sovereigns.

Would be very hard to run the Country according to the Constitution. Too many deals have been cut to subvert it, and Conservatives must take those into account. They are fact. However, Senator Le Mieix (?) of Florida has asserted that we could get back on track IF we could just get back to the spending level of 2007. The basic thing is to take Tom Coburn’s advise and just end earmarks for a year. The problem is that congress critters vote against a bill and then still accept the loot. Gotta serve my constituents? Yeah, contributers.
