I don’t think you understand what I’m talking about. Same-sex “marriage” is a means of using the power of the state to force people to violate their religious beliefs, by requiring them to treat people who are not married as if they are.

I agree with you on that, but I think the answer is to stop forcing people to do anything different based on marriage status. What I want to do or not do based on someone's marriage status should be my business and mine alone.
