I side with Jefferson. Well, no you don't.
Little known fact - Thomas Jefferson advocated castration as a punishment for homosexuality, and actually authored a bill to that effect before the Virginia legislature.
Since I merely think that conservatives shouldn't pander to gay identity groups trying to force acceptance and legitimisation of their lifestyle onto everyone, but should otherwise leave gays alone, this would actually make me more "liberal" on the issue than Jefferson was.
Nice try, but looks like you're misusing Jefferson, to bad effect.
