Yes, but personally I don’t think that means that Jesus stops loving them, and His followers shouldn’t either. "Loving them" in that context means desiring for their souls to be saved and nothing more.

Showing love to people engaged in and dedicated to promoting sin, means telling them the truth. It means telling them to stop what they’re doing. It doesn’t mean placating them and telling them they’re fine just as they are.
