Stop whining for Big Brother to rob other people of their lunch money;if your product is good then people will buy it; figure out how best to sell your product,don't expect the government to do it.
The govt doesnt collect it or administer it, that will be done by existing public performance entities like Sound Exchange. You obviously havent been ripped off by big corporate broadcasters for years, dont understand the problem or are misinformed. Ill cordially leave you out of the discussion.
