This guy seems like a weird mix of socialist and libertarian. ‘All over the place’ is about the best description I’ve heard. The first 3/4 of it are mostly complaints against big government. The last 1/4 is mostly anti-capitalist/anti-small government.
I think the guy was just a bitter loon.
I bet he had a bookshelf at his home that was full of Noam Chomsky books.
