That would require that the other Arab nations actually acknowledge that Israel is a sovereign nation and I believe only Jordan and Qatar do right now.

In alphabetical order:

Egypt, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco, Qatar

Morocco broke off diplomatic relations some years ago but still recognizes Israel.

Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates have had low level diplomatic talks with Israel. They have never formally recognized Israel but I think it could happen quite easily if conditions were right.

Thanks for the correction. I didn’t think about Egypt but they would have had to in order to even sign the 79 treaty.
