There has to be other things out there on the horizon. No one retires if he's up on his opponent by 20 and has loads of cash to spend. Something is afoot.

Bayh is NOT up by 20 points in any credible poll that I have seen. He was barely beating Hostettler, and was losing to Pence before Pence decided he wasn’t going to run.
