Bayh would have connection to the “Region” which is run out of Chicago....Maybe he does know something on Obama..and since Obama would threaten him with his seat, he is removing the ammo before he releases the dirt....

OTOH Todd Ricotta has done a lot to make voter fraud and other shenanigans difficult in the “rat” districts...New laws and all.
