I seem to recall that Judas was rather in favor of a “Christian” revolution.

God does not think in our ways.
Actually, we don’t think in His.

Do you people pray for our nation?
We need to act as individuals before acting as a nation.

What is this author suggesting , conversion at gunpoint?
Its well meant, but just too simplistic.

2 Chronicles 7:14

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Sure we pray for America. Not just that, but we even pray for our wicked leaders.

Having said that, Christ even said something to the effect that we should know more than just the signs of the weather, but signs of the times. A nation that even resembles the USA is not mentioned one time Revelation, Daniel, Ezekial, etc.

You state it's well meant, but too simplistic, and then furnish us with a Bible verse that states just that, and I thank you. To save our nation, to save our families, to put an end to abortion, to stop wars, famine, floods, earthquakes, snow?, all we need do is pray, but it seems too simple to most, or not effective to many, when in fact, if everyone who desires a just and free society, prays, either in silence or during one of their required daily activities, you'd see a shift to the good in no time.

I lived with my husband's family when we were waiting for our next apartment to become vacant, and it might be comical to some, but when his father and brother were shaving in the morning, they recited the rosary together out loud. They didn't do it once a week, they did it every day. The father is in a home now (he, himself, could live with relatives), living with his beloved wife (they now share a room in an old-folks home), because he doesn't want to be away from her side, and the son is a Roman Catholic priest well on his way to sainthood (no exaggeration). While both the father and son also never missed a daily mass, and went to confession frequently, it will be the "rosary while shaving" that will stick in my mind forever.

Pray for our nation. Pray every day.
