Indeed, they had to know they were pulling a scam. One of the first questions I ask libs who try to debate the issue is, what temperature is the earth supposed to be? How do they know this? Do they expect that temperature to never change? By that point they shut up, throw a fit or swear at me...you know, the typical liberal response when they are proved wrong.

Actually, it is a reasonable to suggest that warmer temperatures are good. Even if it is Anthropogenic which is hugely debatable.
