Although Fox is playing both sides in the story, they seem to push the ball ever so slightly forward in favor of the Climate Change kooks.

“Bill Nye, the Science Guy, agrees, going so far as to tell MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that scientists who doubt climate change’s manmade origins are unpatriotic.”

When they are using Bill Nye, the leftist actor who plays a scientist on kid's show for a source... I think it is one of the clearest indicators yet that the bottom is falling out of the alarmist side of the “debate”. Many of the usual characters are caught up in climategate, and the real “scientists” are starting to shy away from being used as sources for the alarmists for fear of looking like idiots. So they are left with people who play scientist on TV and political activists... it is getting pretty pathetic. Even Al Gore is afraid to open his big mouth.

I don’t think so.
Let’s look at the basics.

We are not in a mini-ice age. Thus, there has been some global warming.

We are not as hot as a reptile in the tropics, thus, we haven’t had that much global warming.

I think that since copenhagen and the demise of man-made global warming we have come to a new horizon. What causes global warming and global cooling?

Some would say earth is doing it.

I say sunspots are the cause.

What follows is my letter to an editor a few hours ago.

They did answer my letter.

Three hundred years ago the earth began to warm due mostly to consistent sunspot activity.  The glacier that filled Glacier Bay receded to the head waters 100 years ago.

The glaciers are suppose to melt.  On the other hand, we are in a sunspot minimum which lasts about three decades.

There should be some renewed growth in the glaciers in the coming years.  We need to remember how glaciers form.

Glacier growth is a slow process and there may be enough growth to sustain it for another century.

Don’t expect much until the next mini-ice age or Ice Age in terms of major growth.

Climate Change Laws just raise taxes.  They don’t make ice.

Romm explains that cold weather doesn't cause snow. What brings the flakes down is a combination of cold and precipitation. And since warmer air holds more moisture, global warming and heavy snowfall can coexist, so long as temperatures keeping dipping below 32 degrees.

??? That last part contradicts the rest of this tripe. More precipitation will lead to more snow & ice, so how could the polar ice caps ever shrink? "Global warming" can coexist with sub-freezing temperatures only on bumper-sticker slogans.
