I went past the billboard on hwy 41 about 4:20 yesterday afternoon. It is on the northbound side near the prison just north of Oshkosh around mile marker 122 and 123. It comes up right after going underneath a bridge. I was not able to get a pic because it took me by surprise and was going too fast.
