Try less than 5, 30% is average, and they knock off what she spends in jail awaiting trial, if she can't make bail.

I call it the INJUSTICE system. It heavily favors the criminal, not the victims or victims family. I spent 16.5 years using their stats to keep Jeremy's killer behind bars! TN is one of the few states that now has Constitutional Rights for Victims. I am proud to have been part of the process to get that for us.
