I think that Palin has to appear at least once for McCain. She owes it to him, unless he is decent enough to let her off the hook, which I rather doubt. But if she does appear, I doubt whether she will say anything against Hayworth. And I doubt whether she will do more than use the generalities she has always used about McCain. That he is a patriot, that he has given much for his country, etc.
I’m as critical of McCain as anyone, but I wouldn’t mind her doing something like that, out of gratitude and decent politeness.

McAmnesty's first choice for VP was LIEberman. She owes him nothing. Her endorsement of McAmnesty is a statement against any opponent.

I wouldnt mind her doing something like that, out of gratitude and decent politeness. I agree. Sarah is being classy.
That said, outside endorsements are not going to affect this race. McCain is a four term Senator well known by his State and this election will be a referendum on him by and for Arizonans.
