You believe killing a cat for any reason is not justifiable.

Not true. Found a dump that was "fly biting" and put it down.

The deal with this cat is not a good one at all.

Agreed.

Sure, there are freaks around, maybe 3% maybe more. But someone who kills a cat shouldn’t “burn in hell” “be beat to a pulp” “same thing done to them as the cat”

I previously posted about the behavior of domestic cats. They tend to stay fairly close to their "territory" or home. There is a high probability that the perp is nearby. The %3 percent are not freaks, but highly functional psychopaths. I agree that number maybe growing. These people will leave human wreckage in their paths for the rest of their lives. Ones that torture animals are most likely to move on and accelerate to the torture of humans.

These ones need to be caught and processed through the Justice System to protect society. They cannot be cured and most likely will continue to victimize others, but at least they will be identifiable.

I really don’t like the value of a human life compared to animals. I am right.

Agreed to a point. Human life with a "conscience" needs to be valued. We part ways from there. I have spent time in the bush, the desert, the arctic and jungle. I have also seen a great deal. I have come to the conclusion that we can no longer afford as a society human life that will never have a conscience. I believe that is a false luxury that needlessly leaves many victims in the wake.
