Bill is one of these guys you'd love to golf & party with, just not trust him to keep score.
I have said so many bad things about him that it would be unseemly of me to say good things about him now, still I confess that I would much rather have him back in office than what we have now. Of course I would rather have the average wino out of the gutter as well.
