What happened to “95 percent of Americans will get a tax cut”? He's been saying that we got one for months! It's just different than the Bush tax cuts, where taxpayers actually got a tax rebate in the form of a check - that you could actually cash, and every single taxpayer had their rates cut.
Obama "cuts" uses some of the same words, but means the opposite - think in terms of his cuzzin Odinghead chasing you down with a machete for your taxes and burning you out of your home.
