Is it not true that only Congress can institute a tax?
The Kenyan can’t be bothered with silly things like the separation of powers. He’s THE ONE (just ask him) for crying out loud and the constitution is just standing in the way of his progressive view of how Amerika should be.
Big brother can do anything he wants.
