How can their *be* illegal weapons or a requirement to register them in the commonwealth? Oh, I forgot progressives only apply Constitutions when it suits them.
An "infernal device" is likely an explosive device of some sort (maybe a grenade? or homemade claymore?)

I have no problem with requiring people to have to register guns. It allows law abiding citizens like myself to have as many guns as I like, and allows the authorities to prevent people with violent criminal records, violent mental histories, and the thugs up the street from having them legally. I don’t want guns in some people’s hands, and when I buy one, I welcome the background check.
