“Bush made mistakes certainly. You claimed he was evil. That makes you an idiot.”

No, I was pointing that doing some good does not excuse great evil. It’s called an aphorism and you are an idiot.

Bush wasn’t “evil”. Just a liberal.

“His killing of Kyoto saved Americans hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars.”

The Senate was never going to ratify it.

“His tax cuts spurred economic growth and put money in your pocket.”

His spending policies took money from my grandchildren’s pocket.

“His security policies saved innocent American lives.”

He couldn’t even enforce the same visa laws the hijackers violated... Real “security policies”... roughing up Grandmothers and stonewalling arming pilots.

“His anti abortion stance saved countless more.”

Prove it. The legality of abortion didn’t change.

“But let me ask you this. Did you ever support Bush and if so when did you abandon him?”

Yes. I abandoned him when abundantely clear he was a flaming lib - sometime in 2004, I think, is when I finally couldn’t come up with rationalizations for the man’s agenda.

Then you are a major part of the problem because in 2004 Bush had the deficits under control and on the way to balance. because people like you ceased supporting Bush he lost leverage and had to spend all his political capital on funding the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Were you against the surge in Iraq as well?
