If, and that is a big IF this was the case, I just don't believe the Attorney General would have accepted (if he really did that?)-the word...A M E R I C A N... and approved her statement, makes no sense, and they are all now hiding and violating their own State laws by not disclosing anything which they are obliging to!!!

What can I tell you? Some of the conservative activists who have been trying to get at Obama’s vault copy birth documents filed a state level Freedom of Information Act request in Hawaii after Fukino’s statement was released and they were told by the Office of Communications of the Hawaii Health Department that her statement came through the Attorney General’s office.
