I want to know who gets sued. Let me guess, me? I think it's the trial lawyers who are the real force stopping the public option. They'll get tort reform in a hurry if the taxpayers have to pay malpractice judgments directly, although we pay one way or the other either way.

He received VA quality medical care. Socialized medicine staffed by foreign doctors and foriegn nurses.
