Anybody have an idea how this will play for his vacated seat? I understand that Rendell will probably appoint a lefty demrat to hold the seat. But who will that most likely be and will this make the seat vulnerable for a conservative?
Agreed. And now that he is dead, he is beyond any human action.
As far as I understand it, there will be no interim appointment, because in the House, they don't do that, only the senate.
