Does the Governor of Pennsylvania appoint a replacement or will there be a special election?
I know that there was a Republican who was trying to get Veterans to back his bid for Murtha's seat.
With the loss of Ted Kennedy, and now John Murtha, the Democrats have lost two of their leaders to illness.
