Well again Palin hit all the right notes tonight and I’m still enjoying the afterglow.
You know Freedom’sWorthIt, it is not an easy thing to bring up our “creator” in a politicial environment in such a way as would be acceptable to the listeners. Tonight Sarah framed her statements of Him directly with our country, our founders, and our History and it was seamless...a call for our citizens and governing officials to return to the one who our founders once sought concerning governing our great nation....and that we would do well to get back to doing just that unashamedly. Now that was encouraging and lifting to me in how she presented this so very tastefully...and I heard..and I do think so will others.
Boy, you're not kidding. That is one of the best analyses of Sarah Palin that I've ever read.
I especially liked these two paragraphs from the article:
"Sarah knows what the “Tea Party Patriots” know. Only a real conservative will reach the harbor of the White House, if there is to be a new administration in 2012. The concepts of love of God, love of Country, love of family, love or our troops and commitment the War on Terror, fearless denunciation of Communist China’s human-rights violations, faith in our free-market, faith in American self-reliance and independence were not “slogans” she used to get a job in Washington, but deeply held personal values. These values are the future of our country. Sarah, without a moment wasted on disdain for those who tell her that her endeavor to bring these values to the White House is futile, has already started dragging the lifeboats of American conservative principles across the frozen wasteland of a triumphant Marxist administration, and her own virtually-emasculated Party that wants nothing to do with her cargo of gritty, Reagan conservatism.
When the ice disintegrates, that is, when the last remnants of support from the GOB (Good Old Boys Party) finally abandon her, Sarah will put to sea in her boats and go on alone, alone, that is, with those millions and millions of supporters who were brought by her, in 2008, from a state of near despondency, to a storm of enthusiasm, the expression of which shocked the Nation and eclipsed the vapid haranguing of the opposition."
And you say that Sarah's going to be in Texas tomorrow? Where? I've got a full tank of gas and a few bucks left in the kitty.

Her son (and all his fellow heroes) is/are willing to do that on the battlefield - and surely she is ready to do so on the battlefield on which she finds herself.
I must have this speech in recorded form to pass along to as many as I can get it to - and then to keep and re-listen to every time, well every time I need a “boost”.....

How can anyone fail to be inspired after having spent a few hours with 1000 Tea Party “activists” who love this nation and our Lord Jesus Christ (even though that latter is not a prerequesite to be in the “movement”) and with the greatest leader (great because she is of one heart and mind with those in that room and in the movement that is going to save this nation - by God’s mercy and grace!) in this nation at this time?
The SNL skit was at Sarah’s expense??? Didn’t know that.
Of course the SNL people mostly hate our guts - and hate Sarah’s.....and George W Bush and Ronald Reagan before her.
So not surprised,,,,
Yes!! Hope and change that really will help our country....ARE what the Tea Party movement - and Sarah Palin - are all about!

So, I said to all of them - do you know about “The Drudge Report”?
They ALL knew about the Drudge Report and go there for much news online.
I said - well Jim Robinson and FR were going strong BEFORE Drudge was in existence.....and that FR was sort of like Drudge with the headlines of posted articles - but with the added benefit of the ongoing COMMENTARY from FReepers all around the world - making FR the best place in the world for news and conservative commentary anywhere.
STT - also informed them about FR’s role in the exposure of Dan Rather’s fraudulent attempt to smear George W Bush (which they all knew about but did not know FR’s role in that little episode).
I just hope our new friends will find Free Republic and become Freepers! (Unite and fight together and all that,,,)
