Doesn't need to be, men of intelligence designed the system and it functions entirely effectively to exclude useless idiocy. I see you stopped Bernanke's reappointment for example; oh no, wait, you didn't. But heck you prevented the AIG bailout at least; oh no wait, you didn't.
