Not “orbs.” Faces and the whole bodies of the people themselves, only pint size, of the real people who once lived here right after the Civil War. I know ^that^ sounds crazy, but it’s true. Neighbors and guests have seen the Captain and the Colonel. I have “heard” them. We keep whiskey in a upstairs cupboard for them. It’s been there 5 years and remains sealed.
