So if Obama was actually born in Hawaii, would he still NOT qualify as a ‘Natural Born Citizen’? This is all so confusing.

Not a tall! If you are born in the USA (like Springsteen), or on USA territory, and both of your parental units are American citizens, voilà, you are a "Natural Born citizen."

If Obama was born in Hawaii, which is certainly a possibility, he still would not be a "Natural Born American Citizen," because his father was a foreign national, a subject of the Crown.
