You are confused, and confusing. A Natural Born Citizen is one whose parents are BOTH citizens at the time of birth. Whether the parents are themselves "Natural Born," or not is of absolutely no consequence.
E.G., Bobby Jindal's parents were not American citizens at the time of his birth, therefore he is not a Natural Born Citizen.
There are also those who would have you believe that a child born on American soil to illegal immigrants is a "Natural Born Citizen." Anchor babies are not Natural Born Citizens. In fact, they ought not to be citizens at all. It is a pernicious custom, not our law.
Team Obama would like you to believe that he is POTUS-eligible because he was born in Hawaii. (a) They have not proven that he was.
(b) Even if he were, he would still not be a "Natural Born Citizen" because his father was not an American citizen.
Because of Obama's circumstances, mixing legal apples and oranges is inevitable. It is this confusion that has enabled Team Obama to consistently dodge the issue. The confusion has also encouraged the "Birthers," as well meaning as they may be, to use confused Dentists as Lawyers.
