This article is for crap. Working for the government is called "Civil Service" the key word there is "SERVICE." These people are supposed to be working for the good of the nation and its people, not for their own selfish ends. That is why the unionization of federal employees is such an abomination.

Hmm ~ unionization ~ pretty much craps out at GS 5 or PS 6 (or the wage grade job classifications).

Treasury has some folks a bit higher but that's a special deal there.

For the most part extensive unionization occurs mostly in the Postal Service.

I do believe that you have to look at local and state governments to find a lot of unionized government workers.
