I'm glad I live in a place where I'm already, essentially, ‘bugged out’ as far as most emergencies/ man-made or otherwise - as to a perpetual winter, however, that's another story.

But with my wood stove, a forest of trees around me, my own well water, I'd be better off than most - it's food, after a month or so, that would be a problem.
