of course Bayh is “very confused” at best.

Bayh is merely trying to distance himself from the "liberal" democrats to get re-elected. He wants his constituents to forget about all the votes he cast for "liberal" policies. That's so last year, dontchasee. We need to just focus on the future. lol, I don't think voters are going to forget Bayh's voting history.

I live near Indianapolis. Local talk radio has been full of complaints about Bayh's votes since the town halls started. A doctor called in and had gotten a meeeting with him to explain the problems with the House version of the health care bill.

After waiting for him for an hour, he came in, listened to about 5 minutes of their presentation, said "I have to help my party on this," and left.

The doctor was so enraged he called the radio program and said he was telling everyone he knew, including all of his patients.

Bayh is in real trouble here, and he knows it.
