No, because if it isnt clearly defined, then someone will surely come out of that liberal cesspool of Santa Fe and allege that they have some claim to what is beneath the surface of your property if there is any profit in it for them. I think that this legislation will tie surface and subsurface rights together so that some bloody liberal wont be able to allege any rights below the surface of your property. But then, I’m getting repetitious, arent I?
