Cianci isn’t a Democrat. He started off as a Republican and later was an Independent, as he still is. Problem, too, is that Buddy is also a convicted felon.

Thanks for the correction, fieldmarshaldj... I actually didn't know that. For some reason I've always thought of Buddy Cianci as a democRAT. Maybe it had something to do with the "convicted felon" thing... ;-)

Heh. Of course, I believe he did an earlier stint in prison for assaulting his ex-wife’s lover with his toupee. That thing is deadlier than Oddjob’s bowler.

Don’t let the “convicted felon” thing scare you! He was re-elected at least twice after his first conviction.
