I just watched a few minutes of the speech, and I am certain the Teleprompter broke .... because Obama was rambling on and on saying nothing ... stalling for time, saying nothing but slogans from the 2008 campaign.
I’m serious. I believe he is stalling ....... and does not know what to say.
