Also, the cap gains tax reduction for small businesses: pure BS. In general the small business will only have to pay capital gains if it is sold outright. The biggest taxes for small businesses are income tax and payroll taxes. Capital gains is just a crumb for them. It's like eliminating the sales tax on toothpicks.
