Why is her hand black? I thought maybe someone messed with the photo so I searched for it. Every photo I found using several search engines all have the same photo and her hand is black in all of them.
Therefore I have to conclude Barry was cut out of another photo and put into this one. Now the question is, who’s hand is that? Do you have another explanation?
I am still wondering. Someone (not a Freeper) sent me an e-mail to point that out to me. I have had that image saved for a very long time, must have looked at it at least 10 times and never noticed it...
Might he be holding something under his arm? I doubt it, his posture doesn’t suggest that. Someone pointed out, after enlargement, that the ‘dark hand’ appeared to be clenched, and what we could see were black knuckles.
Another comment was; funny how his shirt appears to be cut away to fit the image of little Maya’s hair. And what is he holding? A huge white handkerchief?
Or a diaper?
It’s very very odd...
Another thing: Her arm would need to be rather long, (not to mention black) to be holding him under the arm like that.
It’s a composition IMO. That’s all I can say.
